Modi to release bureaucrat's book on management

Ahmedabad, Oct 1 (UNI) Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi will release a book written by senior IAS officer Hasmukh Adhis, ''Reinventing Government Through HRM Strategies'', here on October 3.

The book, published by ICFAI University Press, is a collection of nine scholarly articles based on empirical research done on job satisfaction and motivation factors of government employees and also incorporating analysis of same innovations in human resource management in Gujarat.

State Chief Secretary Dr Manjula Subramaniam will also remain present on the occasion.
