Air Arabia inaugurates service to Coimbatore

Coimbatore, Oct 1 (UNI) Air Arabia, the first international low cost airliner, today made its inaugural flight to Coimbatore from Sharjah.

Talking to newspersons at the airport here, Air Arabia Commercial Director Kyle Haywood said the airlines would operate flights from Sharjah to Coimbatore twice a week-- Monday and Friday -- and from November, the frequency would be increased to thrice a week.

The airlines already had services to Ahmedabad, Chennai, Jaipur, Kochi, Mumbai, Nagpur and Thiruvananthapuram, he added.
