Tamil actress assaulted by junior artiste

Chennai, Sep 30 (UNI) Popular Kollywood actress Aishwarya was attacked by a junior artiste and her friends here last night.

Police said Aishwarya, daughter of veteran actress Lakshmi, had gone to a party at a private hotel. While dancing, she had a wordy duel with junior artiste Preethy Unni and allegedly abused her.

When Aishwarya was returning home, Preethy Unni followed her in a car along with her friends and allegedly assaulted her.

Aishwarya had lodged a police complaint in this connection.

UNI
