Omaxe raises Rs 200 cr through debenture issue

New Delhi, Sept 30: Omaxe Ltd, a real estate company, has raised Rs 200 crore with the allottment of 200 non-convertible debentures worth Rs one core each to LIC Mutual Fund and Axis bank.

Omaxe has allotted 100 non-convertible debentures of Rs one crore each amounting to Rs 100 crore to LIC Mutual Fund on a private placement basis, a statement, said.

The compnay has further issued 100 non-convertible debentures of Rs one core each, amounting to Rs 100 core to Axis Bank Ltd.
