Two-day training programme for J'khand advocates concludes

Ranchi, Sep 29 (UNI) Stressing the need of proper training for advocates, Supreme Court Justice S B Sinha today said that proper training would enable them to strengthen their arguments in the court while placing their cases.

Speaking at the concluding session of two-day training programme organised by the Jharkhand Bar Council, Mr Sinha cited the example of England and said three-year training after passing law was essential failing which the licence of the advocate would be cancelled.

About twenty trainers from The Indian Institute of Legal and Development Profession imparted training to one hundred participants from the state.

The Justices from SC, Madras High Court, Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court along with other judicial officers were present in the programme.
