Infinite acquires US-based Comnet

Bangalore, Sep 28 (UNI) Infinite Computer Solutions today announced the acquisition of US-based Comnet International company, making a shift to telecommunications solutions-centric segments as the major and key vertical focus area.

''We are now poised to become a major telecommunications player in the Indian IT field. This acquisition will bring exceptional value to all the stakeholders, customers as well as employees while providing new opportunities to the company,'' President Neeraj Tewari told reporters here today.

Comnet International Company Founder Ravi Ravichandran said his company was glad to be associated with a global IT services provider like Infinite Computer Solutions and will apply its combined expertise for product design and development, testing services in addition to sales and marketing.
