HCBA adopts model bylaws

Allahabad, Sep 28 (UNI) The High Court Bar Association (HCBA) adopted the model bylaws framed by the Uttar Pradesh Bar Council, Allahabad.

HCBA secretary Rakesh Pandey yesterday said ''a general body meeting of the bar was held to consider the adoption of the model bylaws. The bylaws were circulated among the members and majority of advocates voted in favour.'' Meanwhile, former HCBA member V C Mishra appreciated the conduct of the secretary for conducting the meeting in a peaceful manner.
