Ansal Properties forms JV with Malaysia's UEM
New Delhi, Sept 28 (UNI) Ansal Properties&Infrastructure Ltd and Malaysia's UEM Builders Bhd today formed a joint venture for doing construction activities in the country.
The companies together will invest Rs 80 crore to Rs 100 crore by 2009.
''UEM will hold 60 per cent in the venture and will participate in the construction projects in northern India,'' Ansal Properties Director Pranav Ansal told reporters here.
The first project at Lucknow will commence immediately, he said.
