Two get ten-yr rigorous imprisonment in Bihar
Darbhanga, Sep 27 (UNI) A local court today awarded ten years rigorous imprisonment to two people in a murder case.
The court also slapped a fine of Rs 10,000 each on both convicts.
Additional District and Sessions judge Avinash Kumar Sinha found both accused guilty of killing one Janak Das, who was burnt to death at Latifullah Pur village under Bahera police station in the district.
The eight others involved in the case were awarded four years of rigorous imprisonment.
According to the charges, Janka Das was charred to death by the convictson May 15, 1988, when he demanded wage from the convicts.
