Meghalaya BJP condoles Krishnamurthy

Shillong, Sept 27 (UNI) The Meghalaya unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party condoled the death of former BJP president Jana Krishnamurthy on September 25.

In a condolence meeting held at the party office today, the state unit recalled the contributions and the hardships faced by Krishnamurthy during the emergency.

The party leaders also termed Krishnamurthy as a true soldier of the nation.

As a mark of respect, the party workers also observed a two minute silent for the departed soul.
