Govt to set up CC cameras for Dasara procession

Mysore, Sep 27 (UNI) The District administration today planned to set up CC TV network for conducting the 'Dasara procession', following a possible threat in the Palace City, here.

District Commissioner N S Channappa Gowda said necessary security measures were taken, as large number of tourists would witness the procession in the city.

Mr Gowda said the security had been strengthened following the information received from Intelligence department about the possible threats from terrorist organisations.
