FIR against ECR booking supervisor

Patna, Sep 27 (UNI) The CBI has registred an FIR against a booking supervisor of East Central Railway (ECR) in connection with misappropriation of fund and misuse of official position.

The FIR was today handed over to the court of special CBI judge of Patna R S Prasad.

The FIR was registered under various Sections of Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Prevention of corruption Act against B K Rai, booking supervisor of Bakhtiyarpur junction under ECR.

According to the charges, the accused had misappropriated over Rs four lakh in booking the goods by misusing his official position.
