District administration plans to set up cc cameras

Mysore, Sept 27 (UNI) The district administration has planned to set up cc tv network for conducting of the world famous Dasara procession following a possible threat in the palace city of Mysore.

District Commissioner N S Channappa Gowda speaking at a meeting in connection with Dasara preparations said that the police have taken all necessary security measures as large number of tourists would be witnessing the procession in the city.

He said the high level security measures have been taken following the information received from intelligent department about the possible threats from terrorist organisations.
