7 years RI for rape

Anand, Sept 27 (UNI) The fast track court judge A K Kachiya today sentenced twentythree-year old Kantibhai Thakor to seven years rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs 2,000 for raping a 13-year-old girl on September 23, 2006.

The girl, who had lost her mother, stayed with her father at Sanjaynagar Vadarniya in Borsad limits.
