Workshop on Public-Private Partnership on Oct 5

Kochi, Sep 26 (UNI) As part of the Centre's efforts to encourage Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), the Finance Ministry is joining hands with Confederation of Indian Industry (CCI) to organise a workshop for states on October five here.

Supported by the World Bank,the workshop would focus on grading projects and rating special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and schemes of the Ministry to promote PPPs in state, according to an official release here.

Secretaries of Economic Affairs and Financial Services and representatives of the four rating agencies CARE, CRISIL, FITCH and ICRA would discuss the methodologies of pre-bid grading of projects as also for rating of SPVs.
