Man hangs self on being advised by parents

New Delhi, Sep 25 (UNI) A 23-year-old man today committed suicide at Sanik Farm in South Delhi today, police said.

Jaskaran Singh, son of a Palika Bazaar shopkeeper Bhupinder Singh, committed suicide by hanging himself with his turban at his house.

At about 1600 hrs today, Jaskaran's parents found him hanging the ceiling of his room.

Police said the man returned to his house at midnight last night when his parents asked him to at least inform them about his whereabouts whenever he was late.

After that Jaskaran went to his room to sleep and at about 1600 hrs today, when he did not come out for a long period, his parents knocked at the doors of his room and finding no response they broke it open only to find him hanging from the ceiling.
