Call rates open slightly higher

Mumbai, Sep 25 (UNI) Call rates opened slightly higher from the previous close of 6.25 per cent at 6.50 per cent in the Inter Bank Call Money market today.

Dealers said that the rates are likely to remain steady till the upcoming quarterly policy of Reserve Bank of India due on October 30.

Call rates are currently trading at 6.00 per cent.
