3 infiltrators shot dead in Poonch, officer wounded

Jammu, Sep 26 (UNI) At least three infiltrators were killed and an army officer was wounded in the continuing encounter at Balakote on Line of Control(LoC) in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir, a defence spokesman said.

''Army troops have killed three militants of the group infiltrating into this side. An army officer has also sustained bullet injury in the shootout,'' defence spokesman Lt Col S D Goswami told UNI
