Motilal Oswal to replace Dhampur Sugar mills in BSE-500 index

Mumbai, Sep 25 (UNI) Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd, the newly listed company on the Bombay Stock Exchange, will replace Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd in the BSE-500 index.

The change in the index would be effective from October 1, BSE said in a release here today.

Meanwhile, the BSE has decided to exclude Kojam Fininvest Ltd.

(Scrip Code: 532536) from BSE Small-Cap index w.e.f. September 28, 2007.

The exclusion of Kojam Fininvest Ltd. has been made on account of suspension of trading in the company pursuant to scheme of amalgamation with Gujarat Glass Ltd. (an unlisted company), the BSE said.
