ICICI Prudential launches new helpline service

Mumbai, Sep 25: A new SMS Helpline service has been launched by ICICI Prudential Life Insurance for its policy holders.

''The SMS Helpline is a customer-friendly service that will benefit our policyholders for its sheer simplicity,'' commented Anita Pai, Executive VP.

Policyholders who register their mobile numbers with the company to avail SMS Helpline service can receive instant update on policy status like due dates for premiums and portfolio fund values via an SMS to 56767, a company release said here today.
