Actor faults TN CM's remarks on Lord Ram

Hyderabad, Sep 25 (UNI) Small screen actor Mukesh Khanna of Mahabharat fame, today criticised Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi for the latter's remarks against Lord Ram.

Mr Khanna, who was here to witness the Ganesh immersion ceremony, told newspersons that to hear someone say that Lord Ram had not constructed the Ram Sethu was ''unbearable and unthinkable.'' ''We have all grown up reading Ramayana and Mahabharat. It is terrible that some one criticise all that we believe. Ram Sethu is a symbol of faith for Hindus. Why should that be destroyed? '' he asked.
