About Rs 12 lakh looted from Gramin Bank

Daltonganj, Sep 25 (UNI) Armed miscreants today looted about Rs 12 lakh from Vananchal Gramin Bank at market area of Pandu block in Jharkhand's Palamu district.

Police said about five motorcyle-borne miscreants decamped with the cash after holding the cashier at gunpoint.

Raids were being conducted to nab the culprits, police added.
