Hirani to cast Shahrukh Khan

Mumbai, Sep 24, 2007: After the stupendous success of the Munnabhai series, Rajkumar Hirani is now busy with his next project.

This time Hirani has opted for Shahrukh Khan, who was the original choice for Munnabhai MBBS, but since the deal did not work out Hirani turned towards Sanjay Dutt. And the rest, as they say, is history! Coming back to the SRK-Hirani project, apparently it is based on Chetan Bhagat's book on the IIT culture.
