as
illegitimate.
''Pakistan feels that this is illegimate activity because Jammu and Kashmir is internationally recognised disputed territory and more than any body else, Britain should be aware of it,'' Foreign Ministry spokesperson Tasneem Aslam told a press briefing in Islamabad.
She said Pakistan made a demarche both with Britain and India last week and expressed its concern over it. She also expressed concern over the Indian decision to allow trekking at Siachin.
''Pakistan has already lodged protest with India,'' Ms Aslam said, adding Indian military aggression into Siachin, its presence there and any activities that it sponsors in this area is illegal.
Ms Aslam said Indian presence there is illegal and its clear violation of Simla Agreement. ''We have composite dialogue process with India and Siachin is one of the issue being discussed,'' she pointed out.
She said Pakistan would certainly raise the issue in the on-going composite dialogue.
