TVS Electronics to delist from 6 stock exchanges

New Delhi, Sept 24 (UNI) TVS Electronics today said its shareholders have approved the voluntary delisting of its shares from six stock exchanges in the country.

The voluntary delisting of equity shares of the company will be from the Ahmedabad Stock Exchange Ltd, Bangalore Stock Exchange Ltd, Cochin Stock Exchange Ltd and Madras Stock Exchange Ltd, a statement said.

Further, the company will also delist from the Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Ltd and Delhi Stock Exchange Association Ltd.

The Equity shares of the company will continue to be listed on Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd having nation wide trading terminals, the statement added.
