Cheating going-on under "Kanyadan Yojna", Rabri

Patna, Sep 24 (UNI) Leader of the Opposition Rabri Devi today held Chief Minister Nitish Kumar responsible for the ''fraud'' in the name of ''Kanyadan Yojna''.

Ms Rabri Devi said here Mr Kumar announced the yojna by overlooking the formalities and process.

Soon after the announcement, the vested interests became visible and these involved started making money in the name of forms and other formalities, she alleged.

She said the announcement of the scheme even without adopting the required norms and formalities showed Mr Kumar's political ''immaturity'' and it would definitely hurt the sentiments of the people.
