Call money opens higher at 7.35-50 per cent

Mumbai, Sep 24 (UNI) Call rates shot up to 7.35-7.50 per cent today, marginally high from the past close of 7.15 per cent on Friday.

Dealers said that the rates are likely to remain at the higher end owing to the tight liquidity conditions in the system.

At 1304 hrs, the rates were quoted hovering a bit lower at 7.05 per cent.
