Vehicle-lifters nabbed

Raipur, Sep 23 (UNI) A notorious criminal was among three persons arrested by Chhattisgarh Police for stealing vehicles from Maharashtra and eight vehicles recovered.

''Following information from Mumbai Police, Jamal was apprehended and interrogated. He confessed that the vehicles were resold here.

Nagpur's Irfan and a Road Transport Office agent working at Korba were arrested,'' Raipur's Senior Superintendent of Police B S Marawi told journalists today.
