PM condemns attack on CM's daughter's house

Chennai, Sep 20 (UNI) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today expressed dismay over the attack onthe house of the daughter of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi in Bangalore last night over the Ram Sethu issue.

Dr Singh telephoned Mr Karunanidhi this morning and expressed his regret, besides condemning the incident, an official release here said.

Thanking the Prime Minister for his courtesy, Mr Karunanidhi enquired about his health after his recent surgery. The Prime Minister told him that he had completely recovered, the release added.
