Six get life imprisonment in Katihar

Katihar, Sept 19: A fast track court here today awarded life imprisonment to six people in a loot and arson case.

Judge Narayan Pundit found all the accused guilty of looting and attacking the passengers of a bus, on its way from Silliguri to Muzaffarpur district in Bihar, at NH 31 near Phulwaria chowk under Korha police station area in the district in 2005.

All the convicts were residents of Khagaria district.
