Ex-militant among two killed in Kashmir

Srinagar, Sep 19 (UNI) A former militant was among two people killed in the Kashmir valley, official sources said.

They said unidentified gunmen entered the house of one Bashir Ahmad at Sheerpora, Pattan, in Baramulla district last night and shot at and critically wounded him.

Bashir, a former militant, died before he could be shifted to hospital.

Meanwhile, the body of a wood-cutter Mohammad Aslam, who was missing for the past 25 days, was recovered at Sedav, Shpian, in south Kashmir.
