CISF officer commits suicide in Jamnagar

Rajkot, Gujarat, Sep 19 (UNI) A Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) officer allegedly committed suicide by shooting himself at Vadinar in Jamnagar district last night.

According to the police, CISF sub-inspector P C Yadav (57) of Madhya Pradesh shot himself in the chest from his service revolver.

CISF Incharge Badri Prasad informed about the incident to the Jamkhabhalia police, who rushed to the site.

According to Badri Prasad, the deceased was suffering from some ailment and was living here alone as his family was in Madhya Pradesh.
