Youths blacken Bundi Municipality official's face

Kota, Sep 18: A group of youths annoyed over the municipal officials' alleged apathy in addressing people's problems, blackened Bundi Municipal Council official's face.

The municipal council authorities headed by Chairperson Pushplata Sen had visited Balchandpada locality of Bundi town to hear public grievances yesterday. A group of youths protesting against the unresolved local civic problems, intercepted the officials raised slogans against them and smeared mud and engine oil on Municipality Executive Officer M L Goyal's face.

A case for creating obstruction in official work, has been registered at Kotwali Bundi police station and the police is trying to nab the guilty.
