Two get life term in murder case

Patna, Sep 18 (UNI) A fast track court today awarded life imprisonment to two people in a murder case.

Fast Track court judge K K Sinha found Himansu, alias Chhotu, and Mantu, alias Bablu, quilty of committing the murder of Rajesh Kumar.

Rahul Kumar, another accused in the case, was acquitted by the court due to insufficient evidence.

According to the charges, Rajesh Kumar, a Public Call Office (PCO) owner, was shot dead by the convicts under Jakkanpur police station of Patna town due to an old enmity on June 20,2004.
