Six held with snake poison in Kolhapur Dist

Sangli, Maharashtra, Sep 18 (UNI) Police today arrested six persons and seized from them about 160 milli-litre (ml) of snake poison in Miraj tehsil town of the district.

Police Inspector Bajirao Patil attached to Miraj police station told UNI that on a tip-off, a police team laid a trap and arrested Shankar Jagnath Pawar of village Sasegaon in Karad tehsil, Gautam Kalinge, Vijay Shivaji Salokhe, Jamir Patel, Sanjay Nikale and one Pravin, all from Shirol tehsil.
