Puravankara Projects Q1 net up 44 pc

New Delhi, Sept 18: Real esate firm Puravankara Projects Ltd today said it has registered 43.59 per cent hike in its net profit at Rs 35.64 crore for the quarter ended June 30 this year, against Rs 24.82 crore over the same period last year.

Its total income has increased by 27.79 per cent at Rs 120.41 crore during first quarter ended June 30 this year, as compared to Rs 94.22 crore in the corresponding period a year ago.

Puravankara Projects Ltd recently got listed at Rs 399 on the Bombay Stock Exchange with a marginal discount to its issue price of Rs 400.
