Ma Foi forms strategic alliance with e-bilities

Chennai, Sep 18 (UNI) Ma Foi Management Consultants, a leading staffing and HR services provider has entered into a strategic alliance with e-bilities Pvt Ltd, an Australian developer and supplier of a leading range of online pre-employment screening tests.

A company release here today said as per the agreement, e-bilities would make its innovative testing system available to the Ma Foi network of 82 offices and academies across 48 locations in India.

About the tie-up, Ma Foi Management Consultants Assessment Practices Head Krithika said in the release, this alliance would enable the company to address large and small volume assessment and testing assignments within short time frames across a wide range of locations, to suit client requirements.

The e-bilities, specialises in testing of general mental ability or "intelligence", delivers the tests in an online format that make assessment highly accessible and affordable, especially for large-scale recruitment screening.

The e-bilities tested and pinpointed people, who were over-confident in their abilities, who risks their jobs by over-estimating their abilities and give wrong answers to problems, the release added.
