Education Rules to facilitate affiliation to institutions

Kohima, Sep 18 (UNI) The Nagaland Board of School Education Rules, 2007 has been tabled in the state Assembly today.

A notification issued on Wednesday last said by Section 27 (1) of the Nagaland Board of School Education Act 1973, the governor was pleased to make the Nagaland Board of School Education Rules, 2007, which shall come into force soon.

The Rule is extending the facilities of the Board of institutions located outside Nagaland. The Rule said the Nagaland Board of Secondary Education (NBSE) may, in selective cases, extend the services and facilities of the Board to institutions located outside Nagaland, and recognize the various internal promotion examinations conducted by them.

The rule would facilitate affiliation to the educational institutions outside the state.
