BPCL raids gas agency in Nashik

Nashik, Sep 18 (UNI) The district supply department and the Bharat Petroleum Company Limited, in a joint operation, raided a gas agency and its godown here today.

According to sources, a BPCL squad and district supply department officials raided the office of Chandrakant Gas Agency in Panchavati area of the city here today and also its godown at Makhamalabad following complaints from consumers.

The team took into possession various documents, including stock register and cash registers, and LPG cylinders in the godown were also counted. The agency and its godown have been sealed.
