Software exports hit $ 31.3 billion

Bangalore, Sept.14 ,2007: According to the figures of Department of Information Technology, India's software and services export is estimated to have grown at a healthy 32 per cent to 31.3 billion dollars for the year 2006-07.

During this period, electronics and IT exports are estimated to be around Rs 1, 53,300 crores compared to Rs 1, 13,725 crores in the financial year 2005-06.
