Greek conservatives lead in early election results
ATHENS, Sep 16 (Reuters) Greece's ruling conservatives were leading with 45.63 per cent of the vote in today's parliamentary election, early official results showed.
With about 10 per cent of ballots counted, opposition socialist PASOK was second with 38.64 per cent of the vote and the far-right LA O S party was entering parliament for the first time with 3.03 per cent.
An exit poll had earlier shown New Democracy winning a slim parliamentary majority with 41.9 per cent of the vote.
