Woman charred to death in UP

Pratapgarh, Sep 16: A woman was charred to death after fire struck her house in Kotwali area here today.

Shehnaz Begum (20) of Begumbai colony sustained severe burn injuries after the house caught fire while she was cooking. She died on the spot, police said.

Later, the fire-fighters reached the spot and extinguished the fire.
