J'khand may soon face Assembly election: Babulal

Hazaribagh, Sep 16 (UNI) Former Jharkhand Chief MInister and Jharkhand Vikas Morcha (Democratic) president Babulal Marandi today said the state would soon face Assembly election.

Initiating awareness programme in favour of his party, Mr Marandi said life of the UPA-backed Madhu Koda government was not too long as its own coalition partners Congress and Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) were making adverse remarks on the functioning of the government.

Mr Marandi alleged that corruption in the state was on the rise and middlemen were active from block level to the top most rank of each and every government department.

Meanwhile, JMM president Sibu Soren had also expressed concern over the working of the Madhu Koda government and suggested a few points to follow in agricultural sector.
