Several trucks set ablaze after an accident

Durgapur, Sep 15 (UNI) An irate mob today went on a rampage, setting 15 trucks on fire after a dumper crushed to death a youth at Hahneman Sarani here in West Bengal.

Police said the deceased, who was en route to his office in the morning, was run over and killed by the speeding dumper.

The mob, enraged by the accident, put up road blockade, throwing traffic completely out of gear.

A posse of police force had rushed to the spot and brought the situation under control.

Tension was still running high in the area.
