Suvidhaa launches 'S-service' outlets in South India

Bangalore, Sep 14 (UNI) Suvidhaa Info-service, backed by Shapoorji Pallonji Group, today launched 'S-Service' outlets in South India and is planning to open 3000 outlets in three years.

Briefing newspersons about company's plans, Company Managing Director Paresh Rajde said the customer service on a single platform in the consumers neighborhood provided by Suvidhaa had evoked very good response and the company believed in taking the benefit of technology to the common man.

''Suvidhaa multiple service kiosks are one stop shops to avail more than 40 types of services. It includes travel, utilities, telecom, entertainment, finance, education, health services, e-governance, lifestyle and payment collection,'' he said.

On the company's three year road map, Mr Rajde said it had been planned to take the number of outlets to 10,000 in India in the first year and scale it up to one lakh in three year's time.

He said the company would have a three-tier network with Suvidhaa flagship Stores, the 'click-and-mortar' set ups, as tier one.

In the second tier -- the Suvidhaa plans a shop-in-shop model in shops and neighbourhood convenience stores and the third tier would be the distribution network for key corporate clients.

Each outlets would cover 2500 families, Mr Rajde added.
