HDIL to develop 70 acres of land in Kochi
Mumbai, Sep 14 (UNI) HDIL, a real estate developer, has entered into a joint development agreement with Blue Star Realtors for real estate development on 70 acres of land at Kalamaserry in Kochi, earlier tendered by HMT.
The development plan includes IT park, hospitality projects and residential as well as commercial complexes, the company said in a statement here today.
HDIL in association with Blue Star Realtors will develop 7.9 million sq ft land for IT Park out of which around 5.4 million sq ft will be for IT ventures and the rest 2.5 million sq ft for residential, commercial and hospitality projects. The project can generate around 60,000 jobs in Kochi, the release added.
