Class 8 student alleges teacher pushing her into prostitution

New Delhi, Sep 14 (UNI) Police have registered a case against a government school teacher after a class 8 student complained that she was pushing her into prostitution.

The 16-year-old student of Gargi Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya in South Delhi's Hauz Khas area alleged in her complaint that one of her school teachers was luring her to join prostitution, according to sources.

She said she was being coerced into joining prostitution, according to the FIR.

A resident of Netaji Nagar, the girl, who has failed in her class twice, told her father about the incident yesterday after which a complaint was lodged at the Hauz Khas police station.
