BSEB General Manager's face smeared black

Bhagalpur, Sep 14 (UNI) Workers of the National Students Union of India (NSUI) today smeared black paint on the face of General Manager of Bihar State Electricity Board(BSEB) Vinod Kumar in protest against erratic power supply in the district.

Police said NSUI supporters were on dharna before the BSEB office here, demanding regular supply of electricity in Bhagalpur district.

They smeared black paint on Mr Kumar's face as soon as he arrived for his duty.

A case was registered at Barari police station, police added.
