Ajmera group to invest over Rs 400 crore on Housing projects

Bangalore, Sep 14 (UNI) Ajmera Housing Corporation, a subsidiary of Mumbai based Ajmera Group one of India's premier real estate developers, would invest over Rs 400 crore to create over 5 million Sq Ft of space in the city, Company Director Dhaval Ajmera said today.

Addressing newsmen here he said that his group, which has already undertaken two large apartments projects in the city, was all set to start another luxurious housing project 'Ajmera Infinity' at Neeladhri spread over a sprawling 18 acres of land near Electronic city in Bangalore where more than 1000 apartments would come up.

He said that the housing project coming up near the Electronic city, the hub of IT activity in the country, was being promoted on the new concept of 'Walk to Work' as it would stands next to all the big software companies including Infosys, Wipro, Satyam and others, Mr Ajmera added.

About the future projects, he said that the group had plans to build a high-end Apartment project with 4 to 5 bedrooms strapped with exclusive swimming pool. The project would come up between Banasawadi and H S R Layout the two prominent localities in the city, he added.
