2 died,25 others hospitalised after they consumed contaminated water

Ambala, Sep 14 (UNI) Two people died and 25 others were hospitalised when they consumed contaminated water in the town today.

The deceased were identified as Prakasho Devi (60) and Anil Jain (46). The victims complained of vomiting and loose motions and were admitted in the civil hospital here.

About 50 people in half-a-dozen localities, especially slum areas in the cantonment area, were affected due to the supply of contaminated water.
